Where Are My Products Shipped From?

Emerald Organic Products ships all product from our fulfillment facility located in Missouri to minimize the environmental impact of delivering product to your doorstep. Our centrally located facility can ship to the lower 48 states within 3 days or less of shipping using FedEx or UPS Ground service.


How Soon Does My Order Ship?

All orders placed by 12 p.m. CST are shipped same day for delivery by end of day Friday. In the event that your shipping destination would cause an over the weekend delivery date, your order will be processed and shipped on the Monday after your order has been placed. Please review the following time in transit charts from UPS and FedEx to determine if your shipment will have to be delayed till Monday.


Expedited Shipping Options?

Want your product sooner? Emerald Organic Products offers Next Day Air Saver and 2nd Day Air shipping options. If selected, a quote will be provided during the shipping process. If an order is placed before 12 p.m. CST on Friday with the Next Day Air option selected, your order will be shipped Next Day Air Saturday delivery to assure weekend delivery.

 


What If I’m Not Available On The Scheduled Delivery Day?

When ordering product, we will provide a scheduled ship date and delivery date to assure that you are aware of when the product will be delivered. When the order is sent to our fulfillment facility, an email will be generated to you, explaining that the package is being prepared for shipment with a delivery date provided in the email. We can reschedule shipment up until the time the product has been packed and loaded onto a carrier vehicle. If you have any problems please contact us immediately. Once the product has been packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information for your shipment.


Emerald Organic Products is not responsible for missed deliveries of product that results in spoilage. In the event of a delivery exception outside of your control, we will contact the carrier to resolve the problem and ship you replacement product. If this happens, please contact us and our customer service staff will handle the problem immediately.


Tracking My Order

To track your order, login to your account at http://www.emeraldorganic.com and go to My Orders. A tracking link will be provided for each order once it has shipped. Otherwise you can use the carrier provided tracking sites listed below:

 

 

Cancelling An Order

To cancel an order, go to your My Orders page and select the cancel order option from the order. If your order has already entered the shipping process it cannot be cancelled.


Returns and Refunds

Emerald Organic Products does not accept returns of perishable products. If you encounter any problems with our products after receipt of your order please contact us and we will work to resolve your issues.


Damaged/Missing/Wrong Items

If an item in your order is damaged in transit or missing please contact us immediately regarding the issue. We will determine the cause of the problem and work to resolve your problem.
